Our new JP HD XL is a new & improved version of a highly successful predecessor. By introducing several innovative modifications and adaptations to our famed JP HD Spiral, we can now meet your specific requirements better than ever before. A spiral conveyor that goes the extra mile.
This new spiral conveyor intended for vertical transport is available in 400mm and 600mm belt widths. Both have a centre radius of 800mm, with the 400mm belt having a 1000mm outer radius and the 600mm belt having a 1100mm outer radius.
Unlike the products made by our competitors, our spiral conveyor benefits from a metal insert that supports a large part of the belt, which improves belt stability and keeps the panels level. What’s more, our wings mesh, creating an entirely level belt surface. This improves the stability of the belt and reduces the risk of crushing bags, for instance, which is currently a very common problem. This new spiral conveyor is therefore an excellent alternative to our competitor’s existing wing conveyors.
The JP HD XL spiral conveyor is available in painted steel and in stainless steel. The belt used in this spiral conveyor features ‘anti-slide inserts’, which guarantee maximum product stability and prevents slippery products from sliding.
